Founded in 1978 as a family-run business, Watch Palace is now helmed by its second-generation owners. It is our privilege to attend to all your horological needs with the same dedication that has defined us for decades.

Watch Palace’s Rolex and Tudor boutiques are located at #01-01/02, Lucky Plaza, 304 Orchard Road, Singapore. Our opening hours are 11am to 7pm (Monday to Friday), and 11am to 6pm (Saturday). We are closed on Sundays.

Watch Palace accepts payments in cash and all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay). Kindly enquire with our boutique staff for more details.

As an Official Rolex and Tudor Retailer, Watch Palace guarantees the authenticity of every watch we offer. Additionally, our team is equipped with the expertise, training, and technical proficiency to guide you through every aspect of Rolex and Tudor watches.

All Rolex and Tudor watches sold at Watch Palace come with an international five-year guarantee that will be completed and dated at the time of purchase.

To keep your watch looking and performing its best, wind it regularly—especially if you haven’t worn it in a while—and clean it with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid exposure to strong magnetic fields, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. When not in use, store it in a watch box, winder, or safe to protect it from dust, moisture, and damage.

All Rolex and Tudor watches are crafted to the highest standards—and that includes ensuring their longevity with regular maintenance. Over time, wear and tear, as well as external factors such as dust, moisture, or shocks can affect the watches' appearance and performance. It is recommended that you send your watch for servicing every three to five years. Regular servicing ensures that your watch continues to look and function as well as the day you bought it.

All Rolex and Tudor timepieces are recommended for servicing at the Rolex Service Centre. The staff at the Rolex Service Centre is equipped with the requisite expertise and technical proficiency to provide guidance on all aspects of care for Rolex and Tudor watches.
